Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to FreeVideoGenerator. These terms govern your use of freevideogenerator.app, including the text-to-video and image-to-video generation tools, model pages, and gallery. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: 18+ Only

The service is strictly for users aged 18 or older. You must not upload photos of minors (anyone under 18) under any circumstances, and you must not upload photos of any other person without their consent. Accounts found violating this rule will be terminated immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of minors, or of anyone who has not agreed to be photographed and processed;
Upload images, submit prompts, or use generated results for the purpose of harassing, defaming, impersonating or deceiving anyone;
Use generated videos to spread misinformation (for example, presenting an AI-generated video as footage of real events or as real evidence);
Attempt to bypass the safety or age-verification systems of any third-party platform using this service;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or resell access without permission.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The service generates videos from your prompts and reference images. You must not use the service to create any of the following categories of content. Requests matching these categories are blocked, and confirmed violations are handled under "Enforcement".

Pornography / NSFW content. Sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, including sexual nudity, sexual acts, or fetish content, regardless of the apparent age of any depicted person.
Violence / gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content that glorifies, incites or instructs physical harm against people or animals.
Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes or incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
Child safety (CSAM). Any sexualized, violent or exploitative content involving minors. This category has zero tolerance: the service is 18+ only, photos of minors are never allowed, and suspected child sexual exploitation material is reported to the relevant authorities and child-protection hotlines.
Deepfakes / impersonation. Content that makes a real, identifiable person appear to say or do something they did not, or that impersonates a real person, brand or institution in order to deceive. Using a real person's image for image-to-video requires that person's consent, and results must not be presented as genuine footage (see "AI-Generated Content").
Copyright / trademark infringement. Reproducing copyrighted works, trademarks or other protected material you do not have the rights to, or uploading reference images you are not entitled to use.

The following are also strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement: propaganda for terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for building weapons capable of mass destruction, incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred, mass-produced spam or scam content, and prompts designed to bypass the safety systems described under "Content Moderation".

Enforcement

Violations may be detected through automated screening, provider safety systems, user reports or periodic sampling. Depending on severity and history, we may:

Block the request and refuse to generate the content;
Issue a written warning and require the violating behavior to stop;
Suspend the account temporarily pending review;
Terminate the account permanently for serious or repeated violations; and
Report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations where content appears to be illegal. Child safety violations are always escalated.

User Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms — including child safety concerns, deepfakes impersonating you, or copyright infringement — report it to us:

by email to support@freevideogenerator.app with the subject line "Content Report".

Reports involving child safety or apparent illegality are treated as urgent and escalated immediately; other reports are reviewed within 3 business days. We keep reporter identities confidential, review every report independently and objectively, and may act against reports we find to be malicious or knowingly false.

Content Moderation

The service applies these safeguards to generation requests:

Automated input screening. The final prompt is sent to Waffo before generation. Only an explicit allow verdict permits model submission. A block, pending review or unavailable screening service prevents generation and does not debit credits.
Provider safety filters. The upstream AI provider operates its own content safety systems on generation requests and outputs.
Reports. Contact support to report content or request review of a screening decision. A pending automated verdict does not promise a human review deadline.

Staff do not browse your uploaded reference images or private generated content; review is based on prompts, metadata and reported content, except where investigating a specific confirmed report or complying with a legal obligation requires otherwise.

AI-Generated Content

All results are AI-generated. When sharing or publishing a generated video, you should keep the AI-generated nature disclosed, consistent with applicable law and transparency norms for synthetic media. You own the results you generate for personal use, subject to these terms.

Credits and Payments

The service uses a credit system. 30 free starter credits are granted at registration and never expire; free credits can only be spent on the free-tier model (Seedance 1.0 Pro Fast). Video generation consumes credits based on the model, resolution and duration, and the exact cost is shown before you generate. Charged failures are automatically credited back. Purchased credit packages are governed by the applicable payment provider's terms; purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service failed.

Credit packages and subscriptions

Prices in USD are published at /pricing. One-time credit packages never expire and do not renew automatically. Pro monthly costs $9.90 per month; Pro annual costs $99.00 per year. Both grant 1,000 credits each subscription month. Annual payment funds 12 monthly grants, rather than an upfront credit balance. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription month and are spent before permanent credits. Cancellation stops renewal: monthly entitlement lasts to the paid period end, and annual grants continue to the paid year end. Refunds or revoked payments stop the corresponding future grants and remove unused credits from that payment. A failed generation returns charged credits as permanent compensation. Taxes and the final payable total are disclosed at checkout.

Uploaded Content and Data

Your uploaded reference images and generated results are handled per our Privacy Policy. Reference images and generated results are kept until you delete them (via Settings → Files or your history) or until you delete your account. During generation, processors access reference images only through short-lived access grants that are revoked when the task ends.

Intellectual Property

The site's code, design, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the images you upload; you grant us a limited, revocable license to process them solely to provide the service. The underlying model providers may impose their own terms on generated output; review the applicable model's terms before commercial use.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
